1.  Area Collections Limited operates on a no recovery no charge basis for debt recovery services only which covers all attendances up until the commencement of legal proceedings, tracing, field visits, credit reporting or investigative work.

2.  That upon receipt of any instruction, Area Collections Limited reserves the right to conduct an agent visit to assist in recovery/investigative purposes to the value of $ 90.00 plus GST. Any subsequent costs will be upon client authorisation only.

3.  Area Collections Limited will carry out recoveries or instructed actions on your behalf and are thus authorised to do so in a lawful manner effective immediately upon receipt of instruction.

4.  In the event of monies receipted directly by Area Collections Limited, monies will be posted to clients minus due commissions and charges within a maximum of 14 days of payment clearance by way of trust account cheque or electronic bank deposit.

5.  In the event of payments receipted directly to the client, Area Collections Limited will forward an invoice payable within 7 days of payment clearance.

6.  That Area Collections Limited will be immediately informed of any communications or payments receipted directly by the client after the issuing of instruction to Area Collections Limited, and that any monies receipted directly by the client will be subject to commission charges.

7.  Unless otherwise specified and agreed to by Area Collections Limited, commission rate is 20% plus GST of monies recovered. All other charges are on a quotation basis.

8.  That whilst there is no minimum dollar amount that we will pursue, a minimum commission charge of $50.00 plus GST applies.

9.  In the event of cancellation of instructions when recovery services have already commenced, Area Collections Limited reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee to cover costs and expenses incurred.

10.  That in issuing any instruction to Area Collections Limited the client confirms that they have the due and required authority to entitle and instruct Area Collections Limited to carry out credit reports and history inquiries unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of instruction.

11.  In issuing any instruction to Area Collections Limited, the instructing person confirms that they are duly authorised to issue such instruction on behalf of the entity that they represent.

12.  That in issuing any instruction to Area Collections Limited the client agrees that they have read, understood and agreed to abide by Area Collections Limited terms and conditions of trade.
